1. What Tradvance does

Tradvance is a trading journal web application and set of Chrome extensions. The web app allows traders to log, analyse and review their trades. The Chrome extensions capture screenshots of your active trading platform tab, send them to the Tradvance API for AI-based trade data extraction, and allow you to save extracted trade details directly to your account.

2. What data we collect

• Screenshots — A screenshot of your active tab is captured when you click the extension icon. It is sent to the Tradvance server solely to extract trade data (symbol, direction, entry price, TP, SL). Screenshots are not stored permanently on our AI provider's servers — only the extracted trade data and the screenshot file saved to your account are retained.
• Trade data — Entry price, take profit, stop loss, contracts, outcome, notes, emotions, mistakes, confluences, and other fields you fill in are saved to your Tradvance account.
• Session cookie — The extension uses your existing Tradvance session cookie to authenticate requests. No passwords or credentials are stored by the extension itself.

3. What data we do NOT collect

• We do not collect browsing history
• We do not capture screenshots unless you explicitly click the extension icon
• We do not share any data with third parties beyond AI processing described above
• We do not collect data from tabs other than when you explicitly activate the extension
• We do not track you across websites

4. How your data is used

Data you save through the extension is stored in your Tradvance account and is used solely to power your trading journal — displaying your trade history, calculating statistics, and generating behavioural insights.

5. Data storage and security

Your trade data is stored on secured servers. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Tradvance settings page.

6. Third-party AI processing

Screenshots are processed by a third-party AI model (Groq / LLaMA) solely for the purpose of extracting trade data (symbol, direction, prices). Screenshots are not retained by the AI provider after processing. No personally identifiable information is included in AI requests.

7. Your rights

• You can view all your saved trades in your Tradvance journal at any time
• You can delete individual trades from your journal
• You can delete your entire account and all data from Settings → Account → Delete account
• You can uninstall the extension at any time from chrome://extensions
